Argentina - May 2021 - The curatorium of the interprovincial post-novitiate "Michele Rua" was held on 7 May, attended in person by the Salesians of the North Argentina Province (ARN), together with the Provincial, Fr Horacio Barbieri; instead, Fr Gabriel Romero, Councilor for the America South Cone Region, together with the other Provincials involved - Fr Carlo Lira (CIL), Fr Darío Perera (ARS), Fr Mario Villalba (PAR) and Fr Alfonso Bauer (URU) - the formation team and the post-novices participated in a virtual way. On the first day, Fr Ivo Coelho, General Councilor for Formation, and Fr Francisco Santos, a member of the same Department, connected from the Salesian Headquarters in Rome to meet and greet the Salesians. The meeting offered spaces for dialogue, first between the Provincials, together with Fr Romero and the post-novice Salesians, and then between the Provinces. Subsequently, the formation team held a meeting with the Provincials and the Regional Councilor, wherein the latter offered his point of view on the community, his confreres and the formative proposal. Finally, the Provincials, together with Fr Romero, drew up agreements and proposed actions for the future.
